Is Lokali an app or a website?

Both! Lokali works as a website (lokali.ai) and as a mobile app available on iOS and Android. The experience is seamless across all devices.

How do payments work?

Customers pay a small $5 booking deposit to secure their appointment (this goes to the provider as the booking fee). The remaining balance is paid directly to the service provider - either in person or through their preferred payment method.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Customers can cancel or reschedule through the Lokali app up to 24 hours before their appointment. Providers can also reschedule if needed. We send automatic reminders to reduce no-shows.
